Assuming you donate once a month indefinitely, at what point would you have "replaced" all your old blood?

I read that frequent donations will actually lower your cholesterol levels, assuming diet is the culprit and you're eating healthy. The question has to do with the volume of blood in the body and how much is taken out by donation. Thanks.
