Just bought some power/protein bars.....expired! Iodine..Allergic!?
These are expired, and they have iodine (Im allgeric to shellfish) are they bad, should I take them back? One of them is from February!! One doesnt have an expiration date on it....also. im so hungry!!

I think there are two separate issues here. If you are allergic to iodine, and the power bars contain iodine, then you probably shouldn't eat them, regardless of their expiration date.
It won't hurt you to eat food that is past it's expiration date, it just won't taste as good.
