I have the diareha after eating lunch alot. Today I had a subway club sandwich,mayo,and a cookie. Then it all?

came back out(sorry) Spmetimes when I have hamburger & fries,sometimes with a salad.....but not always with the same thing.What to do? And do you think this is dangerous? I am 51 yrs.young.

Ok, indelicate question, but are you being careful about washing your hands before you eat? After washing thoroughly with soap and HOT water, are you being careful NOT to touch other surfaces? You would be surprised how many people don't wash their hands and instead put all kinds of bugs where your hands can get to them...then, with chips, sandwiches and fries, it goes straight into your stomach.

I carry a disinfectant on a key chain and ALWAYS use it before I eat. I also carry a small spray can of lysol and hit phones, keyboards and the like in my office each day.
