Medical care in other countries?!

Question:

Medical care in other countries?

I saw Michael Moore on GMA the other day talking about his new documentray "Sicko" he mentioned that medical care in America is surrounded too much by greed. This got me thinking. I went to an asian country a few years ago and I feel that those doctors are more driven by greed than doctors in the US. I once volunteered in a hospital where they cared for you first and worried about the bill later. If you couldn't pay the bill who cares you were already treated. That was unheard of when I brought that up in the asian country. So I'm curious, how is the medical system in other countries? Preferably third world. Also did you witness this first hand?

Answers:

Canada has universal health care, and NO one is turned away, or refused medical treatment.
If you are ill, and need to be treated, then you should be.
