To much sleep?!


Question: if i feel like iv been up for 2 days in a row like its hard to think or concentrate like last night it took be 4 times to add 4+7 i feel really out of it..i get more then enough sleep but im tired..and i feel soooo out of it....what can this be i get like 11-13 hours a sleep...is this what is makeing me feel like this

Too much sleep is almost as bad as too little sleep and makes you feel very weak and tired.

You need to replace your sleeping hobby with some other hobby as you may perhaps be suffering from boredom.

Busy people don't sleep excessively because they can't spare the time and have better and more important things to do.

Yeah, too much sleep makes you feel sleepy. You're body doesn't make the wake up hormones effectively enough if you sleep too much. Open the blinds when you sleep. It'll help wake you up and feel more alive in the morning

more water more carbs and more protein. also try working up a sweat for 15 minutes a day. oh yeah, and see a doctor.
