no I don't sleep like I should. I take naps early in the evening, not a good idea, but when I am sleepy, I'm really sleepy...so out I go.
then I am up for several hours, sometimes all night. Then I go to bed in the morning and sleep till afternoon. Bad schedule! I need to fix it one of these days...
Yes we do" but if you are sleepy then Good nite' if not stick around and join you'r friend's on line at least that is how I view other's on line.

They let us get out of work early tonight....so enjoying being home.

Some people live in different time zones and some people stay up late. if a person did not sleep they would have serious health problems and the would not be able to consentrate.
