I hear wierd noises in my head when I jog?!?!
Question: When I jog I hear a noise that sounds like two marbles hitting each other - like a ticking noise. It feels like it is in the back of my throat or somewhere in the back of my head. any idea what that is?

gosh yes I have had that and your question brought back all the memories - for me it was neck bones clicking - I do twisting exercises as my warm up and I think it helps
It's your self winding mechanism.
it could just be ur heart beat .... that happens to me sometimes to especially when im really concentrated
I think it's probably your heart beat...mine does the same thing. It sounds like someone walking in high heels on a Pergo floor...weird.
Are you wearing jewelry? Earrings or a necklace might make that noise.
Weird... I get a trickling noise down the back of my skull/neck, like my fridge makes when it does the frost-free thing.
I wonder if it's to do with me being full of food?
