What are the side effects of bad sleeping time?!

8AM to 4PM is not actually bad, thats 8 hours sleep which is the required amount. As for bad effects, apart from tiredness(duh), irratability, less testostorone production(if male), muscles do not repair. Simply put, get enough sleep.
