Sore throat!?!
Question: I have has a sore throat for 9 days now. I have tried hot tea with lemon and gargaling my throat with sait water. It now hurts only on one side(for the moment). What can I do? My ear is now beginnng to ache. Thanks in adance!!

Sounds like an advanced case of strep. You need prescription drugs. Seek medical attention soon.
Just go to the doctor. He will probly tell you that you have strept throat and need antibiotics.
You need an antibiotic. See your medical practitioner asap.
it sounds like strep, you need to go get checked because untreated strep can lead to rhumatic fever which can cause haert problems. it can also shut down body systems like your kidneys. get a throat culture! i have had strep 3x this year already (they are going to take my tonsils out) and it always hurts worse on one side
an easy way that you might be able to see if it is strep, is to look in a mirror (or have someone else do it) down in your throat if you can open your mouth far enough, if you see the little white puss pockets every where on the sides, thats a pretty good indication its strep. but either way I would go to the doc ASAP.
