It seems to me like you are sleeping normal but you could try to go to bed earlier and see if that works .And examine your diet you may need vitamins and if you are female take a pregnacy test. Some times when we have to do things like study our bodies will make us feel tired you can try these tips
get a study partner
try some music in the background (if it doesn't distract you)
make sure that you study enviroment is well lit
try to be sitting up and not laying down studying (because laying down will tell your sub conscience it nap time
and if all else fails make a doctor appointment .some hormonal imbalances can make you feel tired and you may not know but depression can also make you feel tired

The winter always makes me more tired.

hiThere could be many reasons for this.
Do you sleep well for that 8 hours?
Do you eat right for breakfast?
Is your diet nutritionally balanced?
Is the room you're in well-ventilated?
When was the last time you had an overall medical checkup?
Lack of enthusiasm for your work and your life in general can also cause that.

are you pregnant?

Go to sleep at 6:30 p.m.

Well, if you have to get up at 6:30 i would suggest going to bed earlier, even a 1 or 2 hours will help!!

well try going to sleep earlier and u will get used to it

This is happening to me too.. I could that make sure your viteimins are good.. also drink more water and activity seems to help.. the more that i go to the gym seems to wake me up a bit more..

Are you depressed about something?
It's good to sleep, give your body what it wants.

Many people get this way in winter. Ask your doctor about it. I know there are simple solutions...like sun lamps. But do ask a doctor, because I'm not one!

Best luck on your exams!

are you taking any meds? and if your not i recommend melitonen before you go to bed, it makes you sleep more soundly at night.
(its over the counter)

maybe you can set up a time to go to sleep

If you are only ;like this in the depths of winter you are probably suffering from Seasonal Affective Disorder which means the lack of bright daylight is affecting you. You can buy special bulbs/lamps to help this. Once spring comes you'll be fine.

If you have felt like this for longer there are a number of complaints that could make you tired including diabetes and anaemia. You should see a doctor and have some blood tests done without further delay.

it is winter time like we should be hibernating right now and wake up in the spring wouldn't that be nice? just be sure to take multi vitamins and eat healthy every day and make time for play as well.......you know the saying about all work and no play ...makes jack a dull boy. have a great holiday too!

Go to the store and buy 5 Hour Energy. It's awesome.
