Well as a sufferer from knee pain, it is important that you deal with it immediately. I let my pain linger for a while and now it is taking a much longer time to heal. I do a series of stretches and exercises to strengthen both my knee and hip as they are all interrelated.

I would tell your Mom that you are in a lot of pain and would like to go see a Physical Therapist or a Sports Doctor. If she still isn't responding, call your doctor and ask for a referral to a Physical Therapist yourself.

Please make sure you address this now before it gets worse. It could just be that you need to strengthen your muscles that align your patella "knee cap" or it could be something much more complex.

I hope this helps!

take a couple of Aleeves for the pain. it is probably growing pains

I would ask your mother for a doctors appointment. In the meanwhile, rest, advil or aleave. If it is muscular apply heat, if it is skeletal apply cold.

If you keep getting pain then you should go to a specialist who will help relive your pain. i have had the same thing! and what they can do is great. they will give you some exercises to do. but for now just take some pain killers. Go to your G.P and they will derect you to a specialist. hope it gets better!!!
