Do you get sleep paralysis?!

Question: I get it. Usually when I sleep on my back. I heard things about feeling a bad presence but I never get it. I just wake up completely paralyzed and have to wait for my body to wake up. Really scary and uncomfortable. Sometimes one of my fingers I is awake and I have to walk my hand with the finger towards my leg or hip and pinch myself.

na

Well, my theory is that the body is re-adjusting from Astral Projection. Sleep paralysis does not have to be frightening. Sometimes I just close my eyes to drift back to sleep and in a few minutes I have adjusted and get up right away. Try not to fight it, just lie there, be calm, nothing bad is happening. The condition does not last very long - less than a minute. If it happens again, try to remember the dream you were having, or think relaxing thoughts and you will soon awaken fully.

99.9% of all people are paralysed when asleep. It's nature's way of keeping us from harming ourselves. Fewer than 10% of people wake up with sleep paralysis. It is usually associated with lucid dreaming.
