I agree with you there! Toothache is MUCH worse. At least with a bellyache and headache you can take tablets and sleep it off.... I am never able to do that with toothache!

Well having had suspected appendicitis I can tell you that some bellyaches area lot worse than others, but toothache really does suck.
It really depends because you can have mild versions and strong versions of both of them.
