How do you know if your dehydrated?!
Question: An easy test is this- hold out your hand, palm down. Pinch the skin on the back of your knuckle. If it stays pinched for a few moments, you are a bit dehydrated. If it falls right back into place you are fine.

because you constantly need to have a drink and you feel tired and just feel really thirsty get some fluids down you and you will feel much better.
Thirst is a LATE sign. REALLY late is dry soft eyeballs, dry cracked skin, no urination and constipation. Rule of thumb: drink 1/2 to 3/4 gallon water per day for small people - up to 1 gallon for large people.
