How do you know if your dehydrated?!

Question: An easy test is this- hold out your hand, palm down. Pinch the skin on the back of your knuckle. If it stays pinched for a few moments, you are a bit dehydrated. If it falls right back into place you are fine.
other symptoms of dehydration are- dark colored urine, leg cramps, thirst, fatigue

signs are suggestive of dehydration; increasing thirst, dry mouth, weakness or lightheadedness (particularly if worsening on standing), darkening of the urine, or a decrease in urination.
A reliable clue to indicate dehydration is a rapid drop in weight. This loss may equal several pounds in a few days (or at times hours). A rapid drop of over 10% (fifteen pounds in a person weighing 150 pounds) is considered severe

because you constantly need to have a drink and you feel tired and just feel really thirsty get some fluids down you and you will feel much better.

Thirst is a LATE sign. REALLY late is dry soft eyeballs, dry cracked skin, no urination and constipation. Rule of thumb: drink 1/2 to 3/4 gallon water per day for small people - up to 1 gallon for large people.
