Please help numbness and chest pressure?!

Question: Over the past 7 days first my back started hurting then when I breathed my lungs felt heavy and today when I breathed I felt small but sharp pain that didn't really hurt but was uncomfortable in the lower left of my left pectoral. I have had tingling in my arms hands and face. I went to the ER and they took an EKG blood work oxygen tests blood pressure tests and xrays which all came back fine so the doctor said at my age of 27 and overweight it was unlikely I had heart disease and sent me home with vicodin and prescription motrin. But tonight I couldn't sleep all night and my left chest area felt a little sore and my arms and hands are as tingling as ever. My back still hurts a little and my face is a little tingly Im not sure if this has to do with the vicodin(hydrocodone) or not but what else could it be. Should I go back to the ER? any suggestions?

I think there's a possibility you need a spinal adjustment. Sometimes when my back is out of whack, my extremities tingle and I can experience chest pain like you describe. If the doctors can't find anything, then perhaps a good chiropractor can help you. Good luck.

Did you strain any muscles? It could be muscle/nerve soreness if so (this is under injuries) Can your regular clinic see you or an urgent care (as opposed to ER). If you have not had any recent injuries, I would say go in.

Don't go back to the ER unless your really hurting big time, but see a cardiologist ASAP.

yes you should...you could end up with a heartattack. Maybe you should lose weight...its putting more pressure on your heart to pump blood through your body...you can also end up with hypertension...all sorts of problems. But i think the fact that youre over weight is a problem. Losing weight is the answer!! If its that bad then try sleeping on your stomach instead. It would ease some of the pressure on your chest.
