My neck started hurting last night, anyone know what it is?!
Question: It's only one the left side though. I'm a 15 year old male. It only hurts when I tilt my head to the left. The pain is bad tough. I thought it might be a pinched nerve or something. Anyone have any ideas and how long it will last.

Could be a muscle strain. Find out which one at link below. Could last a few days or a few weeks depending on severity.
if not a pinched nerve you prolly just slept on it wrong it shoudl be gone by tommorrow
It could be a pinched nerve or you may just have twisted it or slept on it in a funny position. If it doesn't get better in a few days, check with your doctor. It might go away before then..

sore neck?
Pulled/strained muscle. You either slept with ur neck at an awkward angle or were in a position it wasn't used to (looking down). Do neck stretching exercises and it will ease up. Massage will also work.
