First of all, PLEASE try to type in correct English. Then people like myself can be of help.

You COULD be experiencing growing pains.

You COULD have torn a ligament (however, I've done that and it will wipe you out like crazy. Seriously, you'd be screaming and crying like crazy) so let's just rule that out.

You could have tonrn some cartiledge. Again, super pain, read above.

Bottom line... if you can't really point out a specific incident where you hurt your knee or the surrounding muscles, your injury should NOT be extreme. With that being said, wait a day or two, and then go to your doctor.

Until then... if you can put weigh on it... its not broken.
if you can walk on it, it's not a torn ligament or cartiledge.
if you're able to ask the question on Yahoo Ansers, you're going to be fine......

sorry to be rude, but I HAVE screwed up a ligament in my knee and destroyed cartiledge in my knee. All at the same time. The car ride from the field house (track practice) to the local medical center 2 miles away WAS THE MOST PAINFUL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Dad would touch the break on the car, and part of my knee would move while my leg wouldn't.

If you dont' believe how rough the pain is... take a 15 pound weight and throw it into your stomach. That might equal out to about half the pain I dealt with.

Good luck. You're fine, probably just a bit run down. Drink TONS OF WATER and be sure to be taking a multivitamin.

Definitely go and see your doctor. It might be that your muscles aren't strong enough, then he'll give you some exercises to do. Or it could be a small meniscus tear in which case he'll give you appropriate treatment (physical therapy or surgery).
