A really good remedy is just drink a mug of hot water. It always works like a charm and there are no side effects. Try it! =)
try to make yourself vomit.....that usually works
Your best bet is probably to just lie down and relax for a while.
a mug of hot peppermint tea will help and if you need to sweeten it try a little honey.
I use Mint tea when ever i get a sore stomach , and i give it to my son and hubby to help them too, it works wonders :)
