Arthritis help?!
Question: Well, I think I probably have arthritis.
Well it is getting a little hard to move my fingers on both hands.
I can still type pretty easily though.
I feel no pain from it, I can do anything I could do without this problem.
Is arthritis a very bad diesese? Help!

what's your age? and if your not exercising or doing stretching your a prime candidate fro arthritis.
have your Uric acid level checked, ESR, RF, and CRP
by the ways there are manu kinds af arthitriis so its depends upon your age
one more thing... beans and alike aggrevate arthritis
Try taking some Aleve, or a generic version of naproxin.
Red meat, corn and tomatoes can cause or aggravate arthritis. An alkaline diet helps a bit so plenty of fruit and vegetables will help a bit. Instead or red meat (beef, pork and lamb) it is better to switch to white meat such as fish and poultry.
