Beathing Problems - Too large of nose?!

Question: Is it possible to not be able to breath well if the tip of your nose is large and rounded that possibly when you exhale, the carbon dioxide released circulates in your nose that when you breath back in it is also recycling the exhaled air?

I hate my nose. It isnt wide but the tip looks like a ball. I havent recognized any problems until recently off and on.

Also, they say people that had broken noses have septum or breathing problems. I never knowingly broke my nose but only thing I can think of is 2 times I hit my nose (one as a child, my sister kicked me accidently in the nose. It bled and hurt but went away. The other time, my 2 yr old at the time went to hug me and smashed into my nose - that hurt for several days). Didnt know if that could also affect my breathing. How can they test it that you are getting adequate oxygen when breathing in through your nose.

It makes me feel light headed as if I cant breath fresh air

you are exhaling with enough force to get all the carbon dioxide out of your nose. as for weather youve had a broken nose, i would have to go with no, you have not. most broken noses result in severe pain for weeks, not to mention the brusing and swelling around the nose and eyes. maybe your getting a cold or have mucus clogging your nostrils. goodluck.
