It seems as though you're being dehydrated while you sleep.

There are several possible causes and solutions to this.

You could just be chronically dehydrated -- if that's the case, drink water more regularly -- and drink a bottle before you go to bed. If it makes you get up in the middle of the night to pee, drink a little then, too.

The air in your bedroom could be too dry -- you could try using a humidifier or vaporizer to remedy this. If you don't have the money for one, and you have in-floor heating vents, try putting a bowl of water on the vent. It won't work quite as well, but, it'll help.

You could also be dehydrated if you breathe through your mouth when you sleep. Doing this releases more fluid than breathing through your nose.

If you have a fan in your room, that may also be the culprit.

My throat hurts sometimes too. I always thought that it was because I have a stuffy nose and I breathe through my mouth and the air I am breathing in drys the back of my throat.

have a cough drop before you go to bed helps me sometimes, i dont know why, but that happens to me too, or just brush your teeth right when you get up

It sounds like you have the heat up high in your house the same thing happens to me sometimes. Take an old tall glass and fill it a little over half full and put it on or by your radiator just repeat the cycle when the water runs out. The water in the glass will act as a homemade humidifier. If your room is really big, use an old pot to put the water in. I use a glass on my radiator and it helps me a lot.

Try making a tea of hot water, honey and a few squirts of lemon. Drink that before you go to bed and in the morning. It should make it better.
