Psoriatic Arthritis or Arthropathy is a form of Arthritis that you can succumb to if you have Psoriasis. What happens is 'something' triggers the Psoriasis to flare and a few weeks later the joints rebel. The cause, well genetic family trait and the trigger is usually a sore throat, so prompt antibiotics will head it off. Yes their are many things now available, the new creams are good for the skin and many of the biological treatments from a Rheumatologist will assist the joints. Good Luck
