What is wrong?!
Question: Just a few minutes ago I clapped my hands and my left wrist started hurting. I didn't do anything to it. It was a sharp pain and I also have a small blue spot in the middle of my wrist.
But I don't know what is wrong with my hand.

that blue spot is where you have a broken blood vessel. it should go away eventually but it might take a while
you bruised it, you will live I promise

the sudden movement of ur hand when it is not adjusted to fast movement can be fatel. The blue could be dryed blood because blood turns blue when left in the body out side the veins. U should put ice on the wound until teh blue fades away if it stilll doesnt u should find immediate help. I repeat, u should find immediate help.
doesn't seem like a bruise to me.. sounds more like u just slapped Ur hands the wrong way and broke a blood vessel and got a bruise..
be careful with it the next day or so..
