Dear Friend,
At first, do yourself a favor, STOP this madness! Then you'd better refer to a physician, especially a specialist. Sometime it could be Neurologist or a Psychologist.
You may don't need to anyone or taking any medicine as well. I mean you can try some procedures and await for any response. Making some suggestions, you may,
- Avoid drinking coffee, tea or alcohol, or smoke at least 2 hours before going to bed.
- Drink a glass of milk or eat yogurt just before going to bed.
- Avoid thinking about anything just when you're trying to sleep.
- Prevent to have any offending chat and gap.
- Don't have your dinner just before sleeping. It's better to gap between about 2 hours.
- Some physical exercises such as sports may help you sleep better.
- Taking shower, reading books or listening to light music is helpful.
- sometimes, diseases or infections, with or without any symptoms, may result in insomnia.
So, you should find any reason for your insomnia to be able to treat it, happening after curing your probable sickness.
Take care,

10 benadryls? wth ....

For heavens sake! Go see a Doctor. All your doing is destroying your body and your mind... A doctor can prescribe proper sleeping pills and/or adjust your diet and sleep times to better benefit you.

I find that I have a lot of trouble sleeping when I'm looking at a bright screen close up. As in computer. As in I do it every freakin day even though I know it'll make it hard to sleep. Maybe nothing can stop the power of the computer screen.

You didn't take all those tonight, did you? OMG! If you did, call 911 right now.

If not, lay off the drugs, there natural things you can do that will be more beneficial.

thats because your about to OD on sleeping pills, LAY OFF and just try to relax in bed to wind down

go see a doctor.maybe your stressed out.

your body is busy with all the junk you swallowed?/your freakin out about some ****

Sometimes sleep is stress related. It could be school, social, or sexual.

Try not getting on the computer the two hours before you go to bed, and avoid drinking caffeine after four.

Then about thirty minutes before bed take a hot scented bubble bath. It does wonders I promise! :)

(A lot of people don't have reactions to those medications. I wouldn't take anymore)

. . . . . . .

If you're lying in bed for hours on end try getting up and walking around, watching a little tv, or just something to occupy your mind. You could even excercise, might as well put this extra time to good use.

I know it sounds cliche, but you could always go with warm milk. Everybody says it, but it does help. Just kick the drugs for a while and let it come naturally, and if it still doesn't after that talk to a doctor.

rather than taking tablets, meditate before you go to bed, you can also attend some yoga classes to make your soul to be free of stress,

There can be many reasons as everyone is different - eating too close to bed time, anxiety, stress, irregular sleep schedule, etc.

I'd highly recommend against taking so many drugs at one time (save your liver, and everything else!) and instead, take steps to increase the chance of sleep.

- Exercise on a daily basis - 20 minutes of walking will do wonders
- Eat healthy, lay off the pop
- Avoid eating two hours before sleeping
- Listen to relaxing music
- Take a warm shower or bath

If this is an ongoing problem, it might be worth consulting your healthcare provider as a lack of sleep has many negative effects.

if i took all those pills i think i would not wake up...tell your doctor and i am sure he can maybe get you on one pill instead of 4 different ones not good for you....

Sometimes you just need to exercise to make you sleep better.

Possibly slow down on the sleeping pills. You're not going to help yourself sleep with that amount in your system, that's leaning more towards killing yourself rather than sleeping. Read a book before bed. Dim the lights, enough so you can still see, lay in bed and read a good thick book. The reading will make you drowsy and you'll be asleep in no time

You may have insomnia.

when I had that problem I was depressed but I never took that many pills! maybe 5 xanax with half a bottle of tequila.

I'd go see the doc.

it happens sometime that we cant get despite trying everything. It suggest you to just relax. your needs to destressed to get sleep. Dont go to sleep with the thought that you arent getting your sleep. just relax or do meditation. you will get your sleep

Its because you are a drug addict/junkie. Lay of the pharmaceuticals and you might actually surprise yourself and fall asleep.

I'm afraid that I can't help you dear, I have the same problem,I have slept 7hrs. in the last 56. But I will say that I have taken nothing, Please be careful what you take, you have taken alot of meds and that could harm you! I want you to sleep, but ,I want you to wake up too! God Bless!

Sleep doctor, go talk to one, if the drugs aren't helping you get to sleep, the likely alternative is sleep apnea.
It's very possible you DO get to sleep, but you stop breathing often enough it doesn't feel like it.
Questions to ask yourself:
Do you snore? (yes is bad)
Do you ever dream? (no is bad)
Does your sleeping partner ever say you stop breathing? (yes is bad)
Do you wake up with a dry mouth?
Do you wake up with a headache?

Research Sleep Apnea, and talk to your doctor, it can contribute to or worsen health concerns such as blood pressure and heart problems.
Age and weight are factors as well, if you're over 25 and overweight you very likely have sleep apnea.
I recommend a sleep study. Contact me if you have any questions.

Spin around your self.

We'll, first, it's probably not a good idea to take that many pills. Second, try doing something that will help you wind down. Do a crossword puzzle or a word search. Read a book, but keep the lights not fully on. Bright lights prevent a certain chemical from increasing in your brain and allowing you to sleep. Also, have you drinken any caffine today? Sometimes it can stay in your body a really long time. Also, doing any exercise within about an hour and a half before bed can wind you up. Is anything on your mind? If so write it down. If you get anxious looking at the clock, turn it so you can't see it. Drinking warm milk is actually proven to help you sleep because of the proteins in it. Also, if you have an irregular sleep pattern it can mess up your ability to sleep. It's ideal to go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Finally, if none of these works, go to your docot and tell them. They can recommend either a sleep study or help you figure out the exact reason you can't sleep. Also, make sure you have a comfortable pillow and bed. If you don't like laying down, it's difficult to sleep.

Well this is uncomfortable but...what do you do to de stress? What everyday stress do you have going on right now? Finally I know it may be hell tonight but try a workout tomarrow your system must be buzzing right about now so tonight I would say if you have a Husband or BF give him a nudge and tell em you need a few rounds tonight or if you single I would suggest you get out the vibrator and fresh batteries and wear yoursefl out. Sex is a wonderfull destresser is the only reason is suggest it.
I would also suggest a mixture of drugs is as much the cuplerate as the stress issue. never mix that many meds without a doc's supervision. They could actualy be counteracting eachother.

you can`t sleep coz your being too dependent on tablets,,just try too ignore that thing`s,,

O_O keep taking those pills and you'll be sleeping permanently.

Ahem, well as the others say, go see a doctor first to flush that out of your system then...well I had problems sleeping too but sometimes it's due that I think too much and or I had some sugar/ coffee/ stimulant a few hours before bed time. Just relax, your body will 'lights out' soon enough.

Try drinking a cup of warm milk or take a warm bath. Also maybe you've got something on your mind that your worried about or your excited about something. Try relaxing by reading a book I
