Help with chronic shoulder pain?!
Question: When I'm stressed my shoulder hurts REALLY bad and when i move it back and fourth it makes a griding sound, this soothes it but i'm sure its not good i went to the docter and all he said was "it's stress, ice it and it will go away" that was like almost 3 years ago, is there anways to fix it that wont be expensive like a chriopractor or another doctor visit? i've been working on making it stronger bu lifting weights with it and moving it a lot but it dosent seem to help but it is a nagging annoying pain someone please help?

You probably have a touch of juvenile arthritis and need to be treated. The cuff sometimes gets a little ragged and needs to be trimmed. If you want to pass this up the doctor can give you cortisone shots to ease the pain, then a pain relieved but, it's still going to be there.
It's better to have it taken care of once and for all. The doctor can put in an arthroscope, a needle with a camera lens on the end and see whats going on, you'll be asleep, this way he'll be able to tell you definitely what your problem is.
spend the money and get a second opinion. you could have something seriously wrong.

Or you might have slightly dislocated it in the past and never knew.
