go to the doctors, especially if its bleeding, however has he smuggled something through customs. If it is piles and the doctor puts a suppository up his bum, make sure your husband can only feel 1 hand on his shoulder

it could be - or an enlarged prostate. But definitely send him off to the doctors. Best to have it checked

and theres a plus side.. if its his wallet then the doctor can retrieve it for u heheh

Could be... see a medic.

As my dad used to say... "I have no money, but my son has piles!".

If its on his anus it could be, otherwise its got to be a large wallet with plenty of secrets, ask him if he walks without pain on his anus, if so then see the hospital or doctor, without pain I doubt it, it also hurts when sitting on the loo. Its caused mainly due to too much pushing when you are 'letting it out'.
It looks like Santa will have to grant you a wish, GOOD LUCK.
By the way its not the bum you get piles on, its the anus or passage tube.

When you say a lump up his bum, do you mean inside the rectum or protruding slightly out of the anus? If it is protruding then haemorrhoids (piles) are the most likely cause. Apart from the lump he will probably have discomfort/pain, especially when passing faeces, an itch, and maybe even bleeding. There are a number of ointments available at the chemist (Anusol) to give him relief. However, just to be safe he should get things checked out with his GP. Piles are incredibly common and by far the the most likely problem, but other, more serious conditions, can have similar symptoms. Of course being male he will naturally have "man piles" which as everybody knows are much worse than the ones women get! Also being male means he will be all embarrassed about showing his bum to the doctor and won't want to go. Make an appointment for him. All the best.
