Well, Gee...I think we would need a little more info than that. Good pain management strategy for what? For intractable pain? Severe injury? Cancer? Or an ingrown toenail? There's a wide range of pain causes and severity. Morphine 30 mg is normally extended relief (12 hour) and is only used for severe chronic pain. And its very addictive. That being said, it has its uses depending on what is being treated.
