My back hurts really bad?!
Question: i was lifting a very heavy board with shingles on it with 4 other people it weighted about 400 poundes and it felt like my upper back/neck went out now i cant look down and it is hard to look left and right im in mild pain but last night i couldnt even get out of bed it feels a little better now it has been less then 24 hr since it has happened

take something for the pain, take a hot bath, and just relax. if it doesn't go away for another day or so, or get any better, get checked out by a doctor.
You may have trapped a nerve in your neck along with a sprain, you should go an seek medical attention for further management and perhaps some physio.
