Question: I have a fever of 102, my throat kind of hurts, I have a really nad headache and my whole body is hurting (my neck, and back) so what do I have, I dont want to go to the doctor, so how can I treat it over the counter?

sounds like you have a major sinus infection. i have had them to give me all of the symptoms that you are describing. The pain in your neck and back could be from lymph nodes that are doing their job and capturing as much of the infection as possible, which is their job.
I too suggest that you visit your doctor for an antibiotic prescription. Your biggest output moneywise will be for the doctor as Walmart and a few others have a pretty extensive list of antibiotics for $4.
If you still refuse to go to the doctor I would recommend salt water. Gargle deeply with it several times a day and even snort some up your nose. Believe it or not, it really works quite well for a number of things.
Problably Strep Throat, cant reat over counter needs antibiotics.
I am not diagnosing, however, it sounds like the flu. Body aches,fever, head ache and sore throat are usually symptoms of influenza. Go to your doctor or call him/her pronto!! If you don't have a doctor, go to an urgent care center.
There isn't much you can do for the flu except rest and lots of fluids. The danger is that it may progress to something more serious like pnuemonia.
