It's very hard to diagnose low right sided abdominal pain in a female without doing an exam. There's a lot of stuff in that area of the body and any number of things it could be. It could be simple as a gas bubble, something you ate which didn't quite agree with you. It could be appendicitis, an ovary getting ready to ovulate, even a kidney or bladder infection. Since you aren't ill otherwise, and it complains when you push in, and you say it cramps some, I suspect you have an irritable gut. Like as not it's gas, possibly diarrhea on the way. Try massaging the belly to see if that won't get things to shift along their way. If you happen to start running fever, or the pain increases, then you should probably go on to see a doctor. It's not likely to be related to the car accident, could be related to the recent childbirth, but just as likely to be any number of other things. Without an exam, it's not possible to really say much else.

I don't know but I always check

www.webmd.com

It has lots of info and a symptom checker.

Why would you mess around with this. It could be very serious. Go to a doctor or the ER. Money is only money, your baby needs a Mama.

see a dr, or go back to the emergency department. don't mess around. it could be anything, the fact you were in a mva, it could be from that, or you have just had a baby. swelling is not a good thing. think about what symptoms you do have, so that when you present to the ED you are prepared.
