try lavender scented candles before you go to bed as they are supposed to relax you but blow them out before you lie down or lavender scented water sprinkled on your pillow.

Maybe if you finish with your computer earlier and just chill for a while. Then your brain won't be so active when you go to bed. A glass of warm milk really does help too.

I know this may sound crackers but try changing your pillow ....as the height and comfort may be having an effect ....Good luck

Get a boyfriend, he'll soon send you to sleep.

After I started taking calcium citrate with magnesium, my legs stopped doing that! I always take a multiple, but that just wasn't enough. A long soak in the bathtub really is relaxing too.No caffeine or sugar in the evenings. Good Luck

Maybe you should see your doctor for a general health check up. Some people just do not require a lot of sleep, you do not say how you feel during the day. Are you feeling tired or do you feel `normal`? I have been a `bad` sleeper most of my adult life, two to three hours a night is quite normal for me. It is very difficult being the only one in the house awake in the early hours, you can`t do noisy tasks otherwise you wake up other family members. Try to save the quiet tasks for the `wee small hours` and don`t get too stressed about this. You obviously don`t need the sleep, otherwise you would have it.

Dont eat or drink 1 hour before bed
