In spanish we say "te pego aire" which means, you got stroke by air, meaning it was a movement where something twisted and did not return to its normal position. In your case, i think this is what happened, you leaned back and something moved and you did not return it to its position. My advice to you is to lay flat on the floor and stretch without straining your muscles. Repeat it as you need it. If you have a medicine ball, this is also great; sit on the ball and slowly slide down until the curb of your back is on the ball and your feet flat on the floor, then roll back and forth from back to butt and this will give you a very good stretch. If you feel that the pain increases or will affect other areas of your back, concider seeing a chiropractor, but i just think you have a little strain on your back.

Hope you feel better.

I had a very sore back pain today myself i was only holding 2 bags

sounds like a slipped disk
