The tip of my tongue hurts?!
Question: i have no clue why!!!? its been hurting for 2 days. i might bite myself in my sleep but i dont think i did. and my tongue it looks totally normal. it hurts how do i take the pain away?

You might have the beginnings of a canker sore? I'm not sure though. I would give it about 3 more days. Or you may have just have bitten your tongue in your sleep. But to take the pain away you might want to use some ambesol (mouth numbing gel) or chlorseptic spray to numb the pain. Or good old fashioned ibuprofen should do the trick. Hope that helps.
Its probably from eating to many sweets, or like you said, just biting it in your sleep. Try rinsing out your mouth with warm salt water.
