Question: my nipples are really sore and red i think it is this new bra which is now in the bin.
what can i put on my nipples to ease the pain.
i have to go to work and to be honest these are really killing me if anything touches them.

sudocream made for nappy rash but its a good cream cure all.give it a try and dont' Ware lace next to your skin.
Dip them in ice-cold water.
do a caprice and wrap your mammaries in duct tape
Hope that it really is just your bra and you're not pregnant or something like that. I would try wearing a bra with more padding and more than that I don't know how to help you.

If they are just red and sore, a cold compress my help with pain, and some ibuprofen. Avoid anything tight and constricting around them. Drag out that old granny bra and wear it til you feel better!

Well I could put some calamine lotion on them for you if that would help.
Sudocreme is very good, but I'd advise that you buy some maternity breast pads from your local pharmacy. This isn't as daft as it sounds - they are very soft and will stop the Sudocreme from leaving a greasy mark on your bra, as well as reducing the chaffing.
