Work related issue!! Can anyone give me advice on what to do???!
Question: Okay my hubby got hurt at work almost 3 weeks ago and was sent to the company's doctor so he can be checked. Well the doctors had him on medication different ones each time and refused to put him out. They never took an x-ray he had to go to the hospital to have it done. His job said they filled worker's comp papers and everything will be processed, but here he is 3 weeks later and still no check. The doctor refused to keep him out of work and today he found out from the MRI results that he has 5 herniated disks in his back. And the doctor still has him on light duty.
