Allegra-D side effects?!
Question: I have taken Allegra before (several years ago) and my doctor just prescribed it for me again. Today I feel "wild" - jittery, jumpy, can't be still, mind racing - is this the Allegra-D causing this? My doctor did tell me not to take it of the night because I wouldn't be able to sleep, but this is a totally weird feeling. Does this go away after a couple of days? Thanks for any information!

i used to take it too and it left me feeling the same way plus it would give me bad headaches. you should ask your dr. about trying something else, or maybe the dose is too high. i'm not sure if it goes away because i switched to claritin d and it works great.
Try taking half the tablet. My reaction was I would be come drowsy and knock-out for a three hour nap. I took half of the tab and it worked out.
