Anyone else experience muscle twitching often?!

Question: i'm 26 and for as long as i can remember, ive had muscle twitching- sometimes its in my eyelid, my back, arms, legs, all over. It doesnt hurt but its very annoying- sometimes lasts weeks, like this one in my eyelid. Anyone else have this or is scared by this? For a long time I was obssessed with thinking I had Lou Gherig's disease, but i really dont think thats the case. Any thoughts, similar experiences?

Yes! I have had twitching on my face for several years and have discovered that it was caused from the nerve in the face and not anything to worry about. I find that it is very annoying too and it has been happening for years, over 30 years.
Sometimes my eye lid will twitch and also my eye brow, but it has never been anything serious! This has happened when I was calm, I have been told by medical specialist that it happens in my case because I have a nervous condition, I did not realise that I was a nervous type but evidently we have nerve spasm's. It happens and I have learned to simply ignore these twitches, even if they are happening and cause me to feel that other people might be seeing it and I might be appearing like I am having a problem or something. If you feel that you need to go get an examination, theres certainly nothing wrong with that! I personally dislike having to take alot of pills and medications, I am not into it personally.

If i was you i would get tested for ms.My wife was recently diagnosed with ms,and before hand suffered with much the same symtoms you mentioned

I've had it a few times, not too often though, it's like muscle spasms or something, yea it is weird and annoying.
