How do you go to sleep in a sleep lab?!

Question: What if you can't fall asleep? I usually take tylenol pm to go to sleep, can I take it if I go to a lab?

When you get tired enough, you'll sleep. With the Tylenol, ask your sleep monitor people (whatever they're called...) if you should take them or not
