Hello,
Well sure it can be.
What did the doctors say about sleep? Did they tell you not to go to sleep for some time after this happened? Did you pass out when you fell?
Anyone can bruise the inside of there heads when a accident like this happens.
There is a concussion out there that is not supposed to last more then 6 months, if it does more then likely it is there for life.
If the doctors checked you over and did not say anything to you about sleep, or driving you should be ok. But keep in contact with your doctors and let them know about the dizzy spells, confusion, eye problems, migraines, personality changes or anything else you may experience.

I have had my head split open, double the staples of you (which why does that matter hu?), been through the symptoms you describe and a lot of others described above (adding nifty glasses :0(. Keep in contact with your doctors is real important. Concussion if this is what you have hopefully is just the "minor" one....

Wish you well, and let your doctors in on the symptoms you are having!!

Yep.

Yes it sounds like you have a slight concussion. What caused you to pass out in the first place? Make sure someone wakes you up ever 3-4 hours when you sleep.

More than likely. Did you have an x-ray?
If you start to feel sick or faint then go straight to casualty.
Head injuries can be extremely dangerous.

A concussion has different levels. Some are with vomiting, some make you dizzy.

If you had the dizzy spells before the head trauma it could be unrelated. Check with your doctor.

A concussion can be mild or traumatic. It sounds like you may have a mild one. A mild concussion may involve no loss of consciousness (being "dazed") or a very brief loss of consciousness (being "knocked out"). A severe concussion may involve prolonged loss of consciousness with a delayed return to normal.
The rule of thumb is if you have experienced a loss of consiousnes or have memory loss or vomitting or blurred vision you should have a CAT scan to rule out any bleeding in your head.
