If the situation becomes serious, I'd consider a trip to the Emergency Room. However, currently - I'd suggest drinking plenty of water to 'water down' the spices, and encourage your system to digest the food more quickly.

Dr. James Jeah MD.

Eat yogurt, which is full of natural healthy bacteria that can help soothe a stomach ache. Often a stomach ache is caused due to lack of bacteria that helps to break down food, meaning the stomach acids that help break down food are working over-time causing pain, cramping and acid reflux.

Peel a small piece of ginger and slowly chew the root, swallowing the medicinal juices. Ginger has been used in natural medicine to treat stomach aches, nausea and to aid in digestion for centuries and can quickly relieve the pain naturally.

Squeeze the juice from one whole fresh lemon into a cup of hot water and drink. The hot water helps to flush the stomach while the lemon helps break down food, easing the work of stomach acids and relieving a painful stomach ache naturally and efficiently.

Add five or six drops of lavender essential oil to a few cups of rice, stirring until well combined. Place the rice in an old tube sock and tie the end. Place the rice-filled sock in the microwave just until hot and place the sock over the painful area of your stomach. This natural treatment will quickly relieve cramping, and works well for menstrual symptoms as well.

It is hard to evaluate and give a decision ,without proper testing.I would suggest that you see a Doctor about this .It would be a Violation of my ethic any other Professional to assume anything without a proper check up..

I am not a doctor, but I have safe "home emergency proocedure" for many situations. For you:

1. Have some probitic (acidofillus...etc.)
2. Sage tea
3. Mint extract (or tea)
4. A tea-spoon of cofee powder

PhD in Mathematics, learned not to run to doctors for everything, just for the things I cannot handle. And I know the limit.
