Can you hyperextend the back side of your knee by squating?!
Question: the backside of my knee is extremely sore and i think its messed up good. i did squats in an excericise and didnot warm up well. what do you think happend the backside of my legs tends to tighten up when im sitting down and then when i stand up its harder. i cant stand up straight without my legs hurting please help.

You cannot hyperextend a knee in squats.
Most likely you overworked your hamstrings (back side of your leg) and are very sore there. Rest will usually solve this. Vitamins A, C, and E will help, as will B vitamins. Aspirin in small doses reduce inflammation. So do hot packs on the area - or alternate hot/cold packs. Drink water, also to remove toxins and hydrate yourself.
