I'm no doctor, but it sounds like it might be a cyst. You should still get it checked out. Even if you have no insurance, go to the Emergency Room. They can't refuse to treat you.

Go to a doctor no matter how much it costs you.

Maybe you should just try to massage it out because I have a friend who gets knots in her neck and she always askes if I can massage it out for her. Hope this helps.

no nothing at all to worry about is just veins overlaping called verocose veins relax no problems .

If by knot you mean tight muscles... there's obviously something that you're doing that is causing it. You can work out your forearms to strengthen them. Also, this might be a long shot, but my mom had a bump that would appear on her hand. It never hurt her, it was just a big bump. It was harmless, and apparently if it gets hit it just disappears... I think that can surgically removed if you want but it doesnt' need to be.

Sounds like a ganglion cyst

Sounds like a ganglion its muscle that breaks through a weak spot in you wrist a very very common thing most times it will just go away but seeing its re-occuing it may need surgey to put it back in place.
My grandson also had one but ended up with surgery its now gone.Hey!! dont leave it to late rather be a minor problem than a major one
