Was this an adrenaline rush?!
Question: I was driving today and I came very close to getting in a wreck. It is hard to explain but I felt like there was a release in the small of my back when my car and another car almost hit. I felt my blood (or something) pump through my body like never before. It was only for a few seconds but it was nuts. Was this an adrenaline rush?

Yup.
During high intensity or high stress situations. The Adrenal gland will release adrenaline into the blood system. Your heart beat will increase, and will become stronger.
this was definitely an adrenaline rush. when something happens like that, adrenaline goes crazy in your body for a few moments. i am glad you didnt get hit!!
I think so!! People get adrenaline rush when something exciting (not necessarily 'good') or amazing has happened. The shock was immense I guess! Yes, this was totally an adrenaline rush!!!! :)
