Blue knuckles?!

Question: Earlier while I was shopping @ target i felt low. Then I got some soda and drank it. Then a bit later i noticed my knuckles were blue-ish. I thought I had dirt on them so I tried to wipe it off. I realized then it was my veins. It has been almost 2 hours and like 5 fingers are still blue-ish. Any ideas???? I also ocassionally get a little numbness for like a day in 1 finger then it goes away. =/ Does this relate to diabetes? Also i have Long QT, a heart problem so idk if that mite be it, but if diabetes doesn't do that I'm thinking it mite be my heart disease or another disease or something!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Blue skin usually indicates a circulation problem of some kind. Best see your doctor, and quickly.
