My gland that is right under my right jaw bone swells up?!
Question: when my mouth starts to water i feel a painful pinch under my rear tounge and then very quickly my gland blows up and throbs it hurts. I normally have to push on it for the pain to go away and for the swelling to go down a little but it is starting to occur alot i'm 37 and not sure if it's bad or not. i'm not sick and didnt get hurt. I dont have money to go to the doctor. Anyone have this or know what it could be?

It sounds like a swollen lymph node. The lymph fluid carried white blood cells which fight infection. That is why when you go to the doctor they push on your neck just beneath the jaw. When the lymph nodes are swollen your body is fighting some sort of infection. Please go to a doctor asap. Lymphoma is a very quickly spreading cancer that affects the lymph nodes so you want to make sure that is not is causing the swelling since it is just in that one node.
you could have a salivary gland stone. this will not resolve on its own. you should see a dentist to determine if a referral to an oral surgeon is required to have it removed.

you have one on the left of your neck as well. I do not know specifically what to do, but you should search on google.com about lymph node swelling.
normal for a viral illness. treat your symptoms which can last 3-21 days. follow up with your doctor.
