I think I have insomnia!?!


Question: I think I have insomnia! Sometimes I will wake up at 8am and cant get to sleep until like 5 am the next day and still it takes me forever to get to sleep! I stress about school alot. And I am not asking for someone to tell me oh exercise more or don't drink soda or coffee before bed because I don't. Someone help is there something I can take?

Here I am at 3:30 am answering your question. I obviously don't have the answer for insomnia or I'd be in bed! However, I'm retired and don't have a schedule to keep . I get to sleep easier if I get up and fix something to eat when I can't sleep. I make hot chocolate or a warm bagel with peanut butter, or pop some corn. But I don't want to gain weight because I have a severe spine problem to deal with. So I sit up. I can take 25mg. of Benadryl but then I have such bad dreams every time so I don't want to do that. BLAH !!
I guess you should talk to your doctor about it. Honey, you're too young to have to live with insomnia. Good luck.

I think I have insomnia too since it is 3:30am and I am answering questions on Yahoo answers. If you find an amazing cure that does not involve medicine let me know.
