Sleeping regular hours than regular time?!

Question: Is it healthy to maintain sleeping hours than sleeping time? For example, you sleep 11pm and wake up 9 am everyday as a regular time to sleep. But is it healthy to maintain sleeping hours for example i sleep at (i sleep 8 hours regularly) 2am and wake up 10am, then the next day i sleep 4am to 12pm, and it goes on and my sleeping time varies everytime. Is it healthy?

no its not gud. even i sleep at odd timings but actually to say it is not gud in the long run. u shud have one fixed time to go to bed and maintain that. otherwise 7 hours a day sleep is gud enough, so try maintaining the time.....be consistent.

Probably not, it is probably better to be consistant. It will probably start to mess with other areas of your life too. Like, your matabalism may slow down.
