It could be any number of things. Some possibilities are: appendicitis, hernia, ovarian cyst. Call your doctor and explain your symptoms and see if they can get you in or at the very least tell you to get to an emergency room. Severe pains in your side are never a good sign, but your right side definitely could mean appendicitis which is not something you want to take lightly.

Oh and just because I know a lot of people think "if it's appendicitis I'll get really sick right away", that's not always the case. Your appendix can flare up and give you problems before it actually becomes infected... basically it gives you a sign that trouble could be coming.

See your doctor or head to the emergency room for treatment soon.

Feel better! :-)

yes call your doctor but you could be dehydrated

I've actually gotten that before. It is most likely cramps just before your period. If you're still worried though, call a doctor.

Hope this helped. :]

hernia?

If you are in pain as you described I would call the doctor. It could be your gallbladder. Have you been eating a lot of greasy foods lately?

It could be constipation.

Anytime you have pain on your right side, you should see a doctor to rule out appendicitis. Lots of things can cause dabilitating pain in your side though- ovarian cyst, kidney stones, muscle strain or spasms, hernias. I'd call the advice nurse if you have one or go to the ER if you dont have a PCP
