If you took that many then I suggest you go to the hospital immediately. That is way more than the maximum you are supposed to take.
Hopefully you are throwing up some of the paracetmol to get it out of your system.
I don't know if it is enough to kill you but PLEASE do go to the hospital!!!
edit: Even after throwing up that many times I would beat there is still a significant amount in your system. Even if you survive and feel fine you may be doing serious damage to your liver. Go to the hospital.
Ring the Doctor or Poisons service if there is one in your country - Paracetamol IS a killer in overdose but it is a very painful death - do something as quickly as possible PLEASE
I agree with the other two answers... get checked out ASAP... an overdose is nothing to mess around with and you have overdosed.
Get to a hospital right away.
