Question: 2 months ago i had a c-section. I am still having irregular bowel movements and I always have cramps that feel like menstrual cramps. Is this normal postpartum even if my scar has already closed and i'm back to normal activity?

Pain is a sign that thing are not 100% prefect, either still recovering or stop recovering. Go see the doctor to put your mind at rest soon.
